I think I’ve had a thing for red heads since I’ve started shooting… they’re kinda like the unicorns of the modeling world! hehe! Let me explain… there are only a couple of them in the plus industry, and although the few out there are working like crazy, I still hardly ever bump into them in the real world… so I get all excited when there’s a chance for me to shoot one… so much beautiful color in my photos! I was just lucky enough that Allegra happened to be in the area while I was shooting in Miami! She was working for Lands End in Islamorada in the Florida Keys, so she made the trip back up to South Beach to shoot with me when she was done… talk about good timing! Allegra has been a top plus model for some time, and she’s currently represented by Ford Models and Dorothy Combs. It’s no wonder that she is such a great model after working for so many impressive clients such as… Lane Bryant, Vogue, and oh… no big deal… but… the COVER of Italian GQ… yikes! On top of the awesome career she’s built, she’s also such a cool, down to earth girl, and after a fun day of shooting, I definitely have some new favorites!
